Lens Servicing and Calibration

  • Any services provided outside of warranty will incur charges.
  • We reserve the right to decline repair services if our assessment suggests that the repair is unlikely to be successful, such as due to the unavailability of replacement parts or other factors.
  • Upon receiving the evaluation and cost estimate, customer have the option to proceed with the service or decline and retrieve your equipment.
  • It is mandatory to collect your equipment within 14 days of service completion or the decision to not proceed with the service.
  • Failure to collect the equipment within 90 days will be regarded as item is unwanted by the client and taken as instruction for disposal.
  • While we make every effort to take great care of the equipment sent to us, any damage or loss incurred during the services will be at your own risk, and we will not be held liable.
  • Repaired equipment carries a 1 month parts warranty.
  • We cannot guarantee the compatibility of your equipment with other products such as software and peripherals, and we will not be responsible for any compatibility issues.
  • Prior to leaving the shop, please thoroughly inspect your equipment upon collection.
  • Once the item has left the shop, we relinquish control, and claims for damages or defects (e.g., scratches) will not be considered.
  • Payment for the services must be settled upon or before collection.
